Inspired by this ethos, Bluegum Health has evolved over many years, centred around noticing people working at the coalface starting to get unsteady and subsequent treatments not hitting the mark. Most of us who have served in uniform will keep on giving until left running on fumes, with the subsequent burnout and fallout creating its own cycle of loss and estrangement. Unresolved trauma affects brain structures, impairing physical health and function.
